Dr. Jan Laser
- My experience in HR is wide-ranging. I have taken on different roles (Head hunter, HR business partner, HR Manager) in various industries (renewable energies, testing and inspection, temporary work, direct marketing, local public transport, marine industry) and company sizes (large corporations and SMEs) involving a diversity of tasks and projects. In parallel with my practical activities I conduct research into organizational development and leadership/management. At the moment my research focus is ambidextrous management.
